📅 Cancellation Policy

• Cancel 48+ hours before — full session credit retained
• Cancel 24–48 hours before — 50% of the session hour is used
• Cancel under 24 hours or no-show — full hour forfeited
• Emergency situations reviewed case-by-case with empathy

🔁 Rescheduling

Lessons can be rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice at no charge. We understand life happens — just let us know as early as possible and we'll find you a new slot. Rescheduling within 24 hours is subject to availability and may use a lesson hour.

⏳ Block Validity

• 5-hour blocks — valid for 6 weeks from booking
• 8-hour blocks — valid for 8 weeks from booking
• 12-hour blocks — valid for 12 weeks from booking
• 16-hour blocks — valid for 16 weeks from booking
• 20-hour blocks — valid for 24 weeks from booking

🛡️ Insurance Fee

• A refundable insurance fee of £100 is required for all lesson blocks
• This covers potential damage to our vehicles during lessons
• If no damages are incurred after your lesson, the full £100 is refunded
• The insurance fee is held for the duration of your block validity period

👨‍🏫 Instructor Conduct

Our instructors are professional, DBS-checked, and DVSA-approved. We have zero tolerance for unsafe behaviour, harassment, or abuse — by either party. We reserve the right to withdraw service if our instructors feel unsafe or disrespected.

💳 Refund Policy

Unused lesson hours from a block may be refunded at our discretion if extenuating circumstances apply (e.g. serious illness). We do not offer refunds for lessons used. All refund requests must be made in writing. Partial blocks are not discounted.

⚠️ Safety Standards

All vehicles are regularly serviced and maintained to the highest safety standards. Lessons are only delivered by DVSA-approved instructors. We follow all DVSA guidance on safe teaching practices and student welfare.
